Bèl Zyé means 'beautiful eyes' in Saint Lucian Kwéyòl
LOUISE SOLOMON-PERCIL
OPTOMETRIST/DIRECTOR
Louise has a degree in Optometry and one in Business Management. She has a wealth of experience in eye care business and has been an Optometrist for twenty years. She holds a post-graduate Diploma in Therapeutics (Independent Prescribing).
She has worked in the UK and around the Caribbean, in general practice, private clinics and in laser eye surgery in addition to managing a diabetic eye disease service in the UK.
She is a registered Optometrist with the General Optical Council in the UK, and with the Allied Health Council in St Lucia, currently working with the Ministry of Health in St Lucia within the diabetic retinal screening service.
Louise was born and educated in the UK, but relocated to St Lucia, the home of her parents, in 2015.

DR MORAIMA RODRIGUEZ
CONSULTANT OPHTHALMOLOGIST
Dr Rodriguez brings a wealth of experience in eyecare. Qualified as an Ophthalmologist since 1995, Dr Rodriguez was head of the refractive surgery department for thirteen years in Salvador Allende Hospital in Havana. She is an oculoplastic (lumps and bumps) and anterior segment specialist (front of eye, including cataract).
Dr Rodriguez especially enjoys giving the hope of restoring vision to her patients and gets her satisfaction from seeing their happy faces after surgery.
Outside of work, she enjoys crochet- making baby clothes and accessories, and loves ornamental plants and gardening, which she believes are the best remedies to reduce stress.
MARLYNN LENDOR-BURNETT
OPTOMETRIST
Marlynn is a dedicated Optometrist with over 10 years of experience in eye care, serving patients across the Caribbean. She holds a degree in Optometry and has built a reputation for providing compassionate, comprehensive vision care in both clinical and community settings.
In addition to her clinical expertise, she has a Post Graduate Diploma in Strategic management and Leadership, blending her healthcare knowledge with strong leadership and business acumen.
When she’s not helping others see clearer, she’s enjoying her favourite ice cream flavour, cookies and cream.

WENDY DUPREY
OFFICE MANAGER, CASTRIES
Wendy has ten years in the optical business, with a primary focus on the business of purchasing and sales and customer service. She has had work experience in Business administration, Human Resource management and Corporate management.
Her organisation skills and corporate relations management makes her an asset to Bèl Zyé.

CYNTHIA (CINDY) DESIR
OPTICAL ADVISOR
Cynthia was born at Hospital Road, Castries.
After graduation from secondary school, she was fortunate to work at many established businesses around Castries and in Canada.
She holds certificates in Customer Service, Advanced Computer Skills and a certificate as a Personal Support Worker, completed in Canada.
Her passion has always been to work in eye care. She gained lots of training and experience in eye care and customer services prior to her joining us at Bèl Zyé.
Her outgoing personality makes her an asset to our team.
Cynthia also has a passion for making tasty delicious ice lollies.

LURKYM (KYM) CHARLES
OFFICE MANAGER, RODNEY BAY
As a young person, Kym has always been interested in learning and gaining new skills is one of her aims. She recently completed an optician training course and is proud to be able to use her new knowledge in her role.
She has a practical nature and enjoys sewing and crafts.
Kym's excellent people skills make her a valuable asset to the Bèl Zyé team.

LORRAINE JOSEPH-PASCAL
OPTICAL ADVISOR
A meticulous and outgoing professional with over twenty years of experience in customer service and sales. Lorraine worked with several established businesses where she developed a reputation for excellent communication skills, organisazion and commitment to quality service.
Lorraine holds a certificate in Sales and Marketing from the University of the West Indies and brings a wealth of customer relations experience. Her warm personality, professionalism and dedication to client care make her an asset to us at Bèl Zyé..
